Nobu Doha, the largest Nobu restaurant among its 32 locations worldwide, opened April 17 at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha in Qatar. Set on the Arabian Gulf and wrapped in river stone and bronze, the 26,000-square-foot restaurant spans three circular levels and resembles an exquisite coiled shell in tribute to the region’s famed pearl-diving history.
