An epicurean extravaganza awaits attendees of the third annual Ultimo, a Weekend of Excellence, in Las Vegas. Taking place at the Venetian and the Palazzo Las Vegas from December 17 through 20, the event will be hosted by 15 award-winning chefs including Jérôme Bocuse, Thomas Keller, and Daniel Boulud.
