In its 30-year history, Blue Chip Farms—a world-class horse farm in New York’s Hudson Valley—has managed dozens of world-champion horses, including the famed jumping horse Sapphire, a winner of two Olympic gold medals and two editions of the Hamptons Horse Classic.
