On October 21, the culinary cognoscenti will gather for the Gaja Winemaker Dinner at Del Posto restaurant in New York. Hosted by celebrity chef Lidia Bastianich, the epicurean extravaganza will explore the terroir of Italy’s Piedmont region with acclaimed winemaker Angelo Gaja and his daughter Gaia as guides.
