Taste buds, take note: Fairmont Mayakoba, a five-star luxury resort in the rainforests of Riviera Maya, Mexico, is embarking on a new culinary adventure, with restaurateur Richard Sandoval at the helm. Each of the property’s four restaurants—Lobby Lounge, El Puerto, Brisas, and La Laguna—will undergo a complete revitalization spearheaded by Sandoval and his team.
